Rockford, Ill. (WTVO) — Kristen Healy tragically lost her husband in December of 2021 and she’s chatting with us tonight about her new book ‘Picking Up the Pieces’ about her experience with loss.
Her hope with the book is to open up the conversation surrounding grief and help others who know what it’s like to sit front row at a funeral.
She talks about the different ways people interact with grief and how they treat others going through grief.
The book comes out on December 1, but it is available to preorder now.
